Set up a MariaDB ODBC Driver
After you have created a MariaDB database, you will need to set up an ODBC DSN to the new database in order for Enterprise Architect to connect to it. However Sparx Systems recommend that the MySQL ODBC driver is used to connect to MariaDB based repositories as the native MariaDB ODBC driver is not fully compatible with connection methods employed by Enterprise Architect.
Prerequisites
Install:
- MariaDB DBMS and repository
- MySQL ODBC driver software
