Troubleshooting
Set Visibility Level menu item not available
The 'Set Visibility Level' menu item can be hidden from users for a number of reasons:
- Check if the model is configured as having the 'Pro Features' option enabled
- Check if the model is configured for Visibility Levels (if necessary, confirm this with your System Administrator)
- Check that you are connecting to the model via a Cloud connection and that the Cloud server handling that connection is a registered Pro Cloud Server
