EA_OnDeleteTechnology notifies Add-Ins that an MDG Technology resource has been deleted from the model. This event occurs after a user has deleted an MDG Technology resource from the model. Add-Ins that require an MDG Technology resource to be loaded can catch this event to disable certain functionality.
